Training
Every week you get to choose what kind of training you want to concentrate on. The effects of the week's training always appear on Wednesday evening (18.00), so you have to change your training before this. The end time of the training for your team can change every week due to server load. Usually every team receives the training before 20.00 (server time).All your not injured players will receive training, so not only those who played a match in the previous week. Your players will even receive training without having a coach. If you have more than 20 players, none of you players will get training, because of an over crowded gym.
If your team gave a intentional walkover in the previous week, your players may not get the training. Please have a look at this page to see a list of walkover causes that will cause your team losing the training.
Players will train faster then they are young, the maximum weekly raise (without coaches' help) is 0,158 for 15 years old players. They will train slower as they get older and when they are too old they will start losing skills.
Players who are 18 years old or younger might have potential, a hidden factor which increases the rate of training. This potential value is established when the player is created, and decreases each year the player gets older.
Potential may also be different each week, so your players (if they have it) will not reach their full potential each training, but on just sometimes.
