This is where you go to set up a company (if there are spaces), or to employ a lumberjack. A lumberjack is used to create:
Lumberjack company owners can employ staff to help build these items and also kick their current ones. The higher rank your staff members are, the quicker the items will be built.

Purchasing drinks at the pub increases your farming speed.
Not only can you drink, you can gamble in the pub slots 
Egging
It's kill time 
Hunt down your enemies by searching for them using the available creatures. Once they have been located, open fire with a barrage of eggs - produced by your army of evil chickens. Muahahaha.
If you are killed, you can re-register and will automatically be ascended. However, you will lose your money and any land you own.
SHOPS
The Seed Shop
This is the place you can buy your crops, from turnips to carrots, they have veggies to suit your every need. There's a feature which produces the seeds at a certain rate per minute called a regeneration system, making it harder to get your crops but stops them from getting sold out. Make sure you get them fast if you want them, and keep a look out!. There are 5 different seed shops which are placed at the different regions this makes travelling worthwhile as you will find more seeds at different shops. So the best way to find seeds is to move from shop to shop.
Industrial Estate
War is out and you need to protect your farm, make sure you buy your secruity upgrades to keep you and your veggies safe.
Have a member of the game that gets your goat and needs taken care of? Well this is your place. They can supply you with the weapons and vehicles you need for travelling and attacks.
Your source to better farming also lies here, every rank you get promoted to you will find a new upgrade for farm tool. The farming tool decreases the time taken for crops harvest and water, however it is not always a good thing as this will increase you chance of missing your watering time.

Animal Market
If you're a real farmer you need to have some animals.
This is where you buy your turkeys, chickens, calves and their food. You'll need to make sure you have a supply of antibiotics to cure your turkeys from any illnesses that they may have. Make sure you keep a stock of food aswell because you need this in order to keep your animals alive.
Land Merchant
As you go up the levels you have the opportunity to increase your farm size, and increase the amount of crop slots.

Slaughter House
Sell them fat turkeys for cash here and then the mean owner of the slaughter house will slaughter it in 1 of two ways decapitation or electrocution. The owner will then sell each dead turkey for ?99 per kg and you may be eating it the next day.
Petrol Station
Buy your petrol for your vehicle here, the better the vehicle, the less petrol you will need!
GAMBLING
Slots in Pub
Gamble your money at the slot machines, where you can win up to 10 times your bet. So gamble if you dare!
Lottery
The lottery is drawn every Saturday night at 8.30 GMT. Each player is allowed to buy a maximum of 500 tickets every week. The more tickets you buy the more likely you are to win. It will cost you 750 per ticket so get buying for your chance to win. You have to be in it to win it!
Duck Races
Race ducks here and choose bet on what colour you think will win, each colour has different odds and you can win anyhting up to 36 times your bet. Its not easy but if racings your game then dont hesitate.
FEDERATIONS
Federations
This is like a clan where you can just help each other out chat about things and generally just have fun. On the other side of the scale you can attack people and declare war against other feds. If you need any help then be sure to come to your fed leader as they are mostly very generous and will help you out.
Communial Farming
This is a new feature in which great teamwork is required. Members of a federation can work together to plant, water and harvest the following crops:
Certain crops take far longer to grow, up to 8 hours, which means more teamwork is needed to ensure the crops stay watered.
Apple takes 4 hours to grow, and needs to be watered halfway through its growth.
Pear takes 6 hours to grow, and needs to be watered twice.
Mango takes 8 hours to grow, and needs to be watered every 2 hours during its growth.
Peach takes 9 hours to grow, but needs to be watered at the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th hour of its growth.
Only the fed leader & underboss can purchase seeds for communial farming, and choose which fed members get the right to plant seeds.
Once harvested and sold, the profit goes straight into the fed bank.
