Molehill Empire is browser-based online leisure game. You will take care of a garden, By planting some crops for income, and then gradually develop your garden.

Welcome to Molehill Empire!

I have made my entire living from this one garden. Now that I can no longer take care of it, I will entrust it to your care.

The weeds have really started spreading out recently ... Find a free space and start planting lettuce and carrots.

Switch to the planting mode by clicking the pot next to the sickle on the above menu bar. Then choose a plant from your shelf and click on a free spot in your garden. An industrious garden gnome will then start planting your vegetables!

Oh, how pretty!

The first plants are already starting to bloom, I think I can almost hear the grass ... er ... the lettuce grow.
Don't forget to water your plants! You'll find your watering can in the top menu.

Good job!

Your plants will now take a bit of time to grow. The gnome in the top menu will let you know when they're done,
if you touch the plants with your mouse pointer.

Now switch to the harvesting mode (click the sickle in the top menu) and click on the finished vegetables in your garden to bring them in. But make sure you don't harvest your vegetables before they are ripe - otherwise you will have no yield and your supply of vegetables will start to dwindle!

I have leaned my old bike to the fence, so you can get to town. You'll find a couple of shops there,
as well as a market place to trade with other players. Why don't you just go and have a look around?!

Looks like you're a fast learner!

I have shown you the basics of gardening. Just another hint, before I leave you:

Below your garden you may see customers dropping by every once in a while, to buy vegetables, fruits or flowers.
That's a perfect way to make some money!

Garden

At the beginning of the game only a small part of your garden can be planted. The rest is covered with weeds, stones, tree stumps or moles. Once you have gained enough money, you can use it to delete those elements to enlarge your arable land. Later, it is worthwhile to place decoration objects in the garden to lure more customers to your fence. From level mole hunter on you can buy additional gardens for 90.000 gB.

Display garden

You can take a picture of your garden to publish your display garden. It now can be rated by other players. If your garden gets a lot of high ratings you can win a weekly price.

In the statistics shown at the town hall you can check the display gardens form other players. When you click on the symbol behind the name (block), a new browser window opens up and you can rate this garden once a day.

A lot of players present their display garden in the forum, too.

Menue

In the menue bar you can find

Shelf

On the left side of your garden you find the shelf with the stock glasses and the decoration. The pot at the bottom of the shelf leads you to the Forum. The second shelf is reserved for Premium-Users.

Hut

Down on the sidewalk in front of your garden you can find a little hut. Once you have reached the level allotment holder you can purchase a second shelf here for 10.000 gB if you don't have enough room for your stocks anymore. You can switch between the two shelves by clicking on your hut.

Another way to make room in your shelf is to send contracts to yourself.

Sidewalk

On the sidewalk at the fence the WImps are waiting with their shopping baskets and present their shopping lists as soon as you click on them.

Gnomes

Next to your bike at the fence you can find the research gnomes, the Watering Gnome and the harvesting gnome if you hired them.

Bike/Car

You can leave your garden by using the bike or the car
