Payment

Payments can be made either by Paypal or Daopay to ensure quickness and security. To donate: login to the game, go the your colony menu and click on the big orange button that reads 'Production Boost'. You must login to donate as this is the only way to get your colony ID number.

Paypal is more prefered by many alike and is more commonly used.

Pay By Phone

Important: Pay By Phone Is Not Available In Every Country OR Every Phone Network In The World. Pay By Phone works by using premium rate telephone numbers for payment. It works by calculating the lenght of the call from the amount you have to pay. For example: to pay $20 by calling a phone line that is charged at $5/minute will result in your call to lasts for 4 minutes. After that you payment is made. You can also pay by SMS in the USA OR in Britain.

Multi Servers

If you choose to have an account on more then one server (Earth 1, Earth 2, Earth 3, Earth 4, Earth 5 or Mars) you will need to donate again as each sever is separate and you receive a different colony I.D. for each.

Deleting An Account

Important: Your account will be deleted automatically if you do not log in for 7 days.

If you are going to be offline for a few days, you should activate vacation mode. Accounts that are not in vacation mode have an idle counter that increases each tick the account is unactive. If the idle counter reaches 168 ticks (7 days):

1.The account is deleted

2.The colony turns into an outpost

3.All outposts belonging to that colony become neutral

4.Everything other than the outposts is deleted (squads, recruits, construction, etc)

Re-creating an account with the same name will not restore these details.

Ways To Keep Your Account From Being Deleted

1.Login to reset the 7 day timer.

2.Activate Vacation Mode.

3.Donors accounts will reset in a month rather than 7 days.
