Technological Strategy
Introduction
This strategy is revolved around technological advances, as they can make a small army very powerful and a nation stable. It is okay if your experience does not accurately reflect these numbers as the point of this is to generate as many Tech Points(TPs)as possible, all within the 300-turn protection time.
Country Management
Government Type: Monarchy, later Technocracy
Turns
Start off by Changing from Anarchy to Monarchy, next, use 2 turns at a time to explore for land, as the monarchy bonus significantly increases your land output. now build on the buildings in the following ratio: Build 7/8/15 in houses, shops, and Labs respectively. Build no more than 5 farms, oil wells, or hospitals as now they would only drag your economy down.
The ultimate goal of this strategy is to build 750 labs (the maximum bonus you can have), and enough TPs for your various techs.
Be especially mindful of your cabinet messages, as they will tell you when to build farms, or more workplaces, etc.
Breaking out of Protection
by turn 299 you should have the following buildings:
Houses: 300
Shops: 600
Military Factories (not important): 50
Labs: 300
Farms, Wells, and Hospitals: 100
Next, make sure you have stockpiled 300+ turns to break out of protection. When breaking out of protection explore land with 5 turns at a time, but make you build from time to time, or the land drags your economy down.
.your number should hover around these:
Houses: 600
Shops: 1000
Military Factories (again, not important): 100
Labs: 450
Farms, Wells, and Hospitals: 150
Government Change
when you have the above buildings, it will be time to begin the crucial government shift from Monarchy to Technocracy. the 500 free land is crucially important, as are 300+ turns as you'll need to rebuild after the chaos envelopes your nation.
Now make the change
Now you'll be recovering after the chaos, but by now you should've stockpiled a number of TPs, use these to upgrade your build speed and funds, food, and oil/turn.
rebuild your buildings, and aim for 750 labs(the most you need).
try to place your numbers around these in the later days:
Houses: 700
Shops: 1600
Military Factories: 200
Labs: 750
Farms, Wells, and Hospitals: 200

Remember, its never a specific strategy that wins the game, its the will to continue, the determination to fight on even after defeat. And you've all got that in spades. ;)
