Delete Account / Activity - Inactivity
There are following conditions of accounts:
* Noob-Protection - Not attackable
* Activ = everything normal
* Inactiv = production is halfed, not visible from outside, User can still log in then the production retourns to normal.
* Bandit = village is grey, nightbonus missing, village can be conquered. User can't log in anymore. At least the players was deleted, only his villages remain.
* Deleted = completly deleted, also all the villages will be deleted.
When what is going to happen with an accounts depends an the played time.
0. Phase: Signup up to 12 Hours
Who does't build up at least 2 level of buildings within the first 12 hours is getting deleted immidiatly. This is necessary to hold the active players radius.
1. Phase: 12 hours - one week
time until bandit = 3 days
Otherwise Noob-protection
2. Phase: 1 week - 2 weeks
time to inactive = 3 days
time to bandit = 7 days
3. Phase: 2 weeks - 4 weeks
time to inactive = 7 days
time to bandit = 14 days
4. Phase: Rest of the time
time to inactive = 7 days
time to bandit = 35 days
Within the phases 1-4 there is a 50% chance that the play is either deleted with all his villages or become a bandit.
The 12 hour deletion happens every 2 hours, the other type of deletion where players can get bandits happens once every night.
IMPOTANT: Because of this mechanism there is no deletion funktion for users.
Activation mail
There is no activation mail?
If the activation mail does'nt arrive check your spamfolder. If it still doesn't appear, please let the mail being resent. If that still doesn't work and you have a alternative mail adress, please try a new signup with this one. If all these steps wouldn't work, please contact the Game Operator for your server. He cann send you a fresh activation mail or can have a look into the problem.

Activation mail invalid
If the actiavtion mail seems not to work, please copy the link manually into your browser. This is a very unpractical way but sometimes the "klick" or the "copy link" action is a little corrupted. If even this do not work, please write something to the forum, then you will be helped. --> [very important] E-mail providers that doesent support our mail system yet
Transfer of nuggets
the buy of nuggets is legally binded to the buying account, because of that it is not allowed to transfer nuggets between accounts.

Password forgotten / Can't log into your account
If logging into your account is not possible there are two possibilities:
* Just log in a second time even if you get an error message during the first try.
* Just send an email from that mail addy you took for registering your account and send an email to your GO. He can set you a new password.
Overdue
Server is hanging -> Just update the site using F5, if this does not work, just delete your cookies and try to update again. If this is even not working, most of the time the event handler is hanging. Just be a little patient, most of the time the developers already work on it.
Research
Research Units
First you need the acadamy. There you see what kinds of units can be researched. But you still need the necessary training place for the special unit. That means, if you want to research a unit which is built in the stable, you need to build up a stable first. In the tutorial you find the information which unit is trained where.
